The Undercoat Water Jacket is a 1mm neoprene jacket for keeping dogs warm when playing in the water, especially during colder months. Its formfitting and articulated StormSleeves™ insulates to seal in warmth - and stretches to provide freedom of movement as they swim, run and romp. Can be worn standalone or layered under the Float Coat™ Life Jacket if buoyancy is also needed.

Winter traction and insulation

Packaged as a pair of 2 boots, the Ruffwear Polar Trex Boots are engineered for winter weather and designed to provide warmth and traction on snow and ice. Insulated upper softshell fabric creates breathable, weatherproof warmth in extreme cold and inclement weather. Ruffwear-designed Vibram® outsole provides optimum traction on frozen surfaces.

Closure system combines hook-and-loop with hardware, cinching around the narrowest part of the dog’s leg to provide a secure fit. Pullover stretch gaiter keeps snow out and improves retention by protecting the hook-and-loop ankle closure from the elements.

Just as you would with your gear, adjust fit and check tension of boots 15 minutes into your activity and throughout the adventure as needed.

Sold as a set of 2 boots to accommodate the different sizes for the front and back paws. Be sure to measure the front and back paws separately to ensure the best fit!
