Warranty and Returns

We handpicked each of our products (with our best furry friends in mind) and stand behind our products 100%. But we understand that there may be occasions where the item did not meet your expectations or that you accidentally ordered the wrong product or you simply would prefer a different colour. For whatever reason, our return policy is designed to make it easy for you to exchange or return an item that is in new, unused condition.


See Sawyer Run offers a 30 Day Return Policy for all online purchases from the purchase date or delivery date, whichever is later.

Merchandise must be clean, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags still attached and/or packaging intact. Discontinued, used or damaged products are not eligible for return and will not be accepted.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Please note that unless the return is for warranty reasons, you will need to pay to ship the return to us.


Once a returned item is approved by inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.


We've made this easier! You will pay the postage to ship the item back to us, incur a 10% restocking fee, and we’ll cover the cost of shipping you the replacement. But contact us first so we can set it up for you.


To send your item(s) back to See Sawyer Run, please contact us prior to sending any items back so that we can review the process with you and send you instructions by email for your reference. Part of that process will include you sending your parcel with a tracking number and "Do Not Safe Drop" indicated. Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect the returned item(s) and, upon approval, process the return within 2 business days.
