Cooling Dog Harness
The Ruffwear Swamp Cooler Harness is an all-in-one cooling system, extending throughout the back panel and supportive chest/belly panel. Ideal for hot dogs, in hot conditions! This harness integrates Ruffwear's Swamp Cooler™ evaporative cooling technology with their reliable multi-use body harness which includes a grab-handle and two points of leash attachments.
