The Lumenglow High-Vis Vest is a durable, high-visibility, reflective jacket with weather protection for boosting visibility 24/7. The combination of high-contrast colour blocking, bold reflective accents, and two light loops for attaching The Beacon™ Safety Light makes this vest ideal for optimal visibility in both daytime and low-light conditions.

The abrasion-resistant shell protects against undergrowth and offers light weather protection and includes a leash portal for wearing over a harness. Side-release buckles make it an easy on/off piece of gear that'll have you confidently extending your adventures into dawn, dusk adn beyond.

Beautiful raincoat. I use it every night for off-leash walks, rain or shine—reflectors and light clip allow for high visibility. I really really am picky about my gear, and I really really like RuffWear. One small detail that might be worth reviewing in the design— the clips are super protected from rain —and more importantly sand and mud…. but this does mean that putting the coat on and off is a very slight struggle. Possibly reducing the amount the clips are recessed by 1cm would make this easier. That said, this is a great piece of gear, and very stylish.

Easy to adjust and slip on. Super visible. Doesn’t seem to impact her movement at all. Not 5/5 as a bit stiff -which may change, or will make it super durable!- and to get the girth to fit, the cut seems a bit long on the body but this is likely more about my pup’s build than the vest. I fold back the collar.

The sizing is strange. It is my fault that I didn't check it before ordering, but that is because the dog I was ordering for is a small size in her other ruffwear products (front range harness, collar and a new approach backpack). The "small" size hi-viz coat is way larger than I expected but the straps are still small. It's way to long and bulky on my small dog so I am using it for my medium dog, the cape part is large even on her but the clips/straps barely fit with no room to expand. The funny thing is, instead of using this small vest for my small dog, I put it on my medium dog and gave her old vest to my small dog (which happens to be ruffwears older high viz vest, a size medium, but it fits my small dog better than the new "small" does).

These jackets have been such a lifesaver! We use them while hiking in bushy areas all year round. Turns out my dogs weren't far away, I just couldn't see them! They're especially helpful in the fall when my lab mix is the same colour as the leaves. I haven't used them in the dark yet, but the reflective strip is super bright in the sunlight. I'm sure they'll be great for night time walks as well!

Our three pooches always wear their Ruffwear lumenglow hi-vis jacket on walks. If it’s very cold out they wear it overtop their winter coats. They run free on our large property and we can see them long distances across fields and through woods. Very strong fabric as they run through bramble and bush. Love it!

These jackets are not really rain coats, but provide sufficient protection for walks on drizzly days. They also provide great visibility in the forest during spring and fall. 42 lb dog is fairly long and wears a medium. 39 lb has a shorter body length and wears a small.

This jacket has been a fantastic addition to our gear! Knowing cars are able to spot us easily when walking on the side of the road, makes our walks that much more enjoyable. It is a loose fit but doesn't snag or cause any issues for our active border collie as he runs through the forest. The bright color makes it easy to spot him if ever he is off-leash and I cannot express how much relief this one vest has caused.

LOVE this coat! I have 2 Brittany Spaniels, 38 and 42lbs and both wear a small. I found they run a bit large, however, in the correct size they are a perfect chest girth to back length ratio. This coat is perfect. Both my girls wear Ruffwear harnesses and I am able to hook into them through the clever top slot. The coat is HIGHLY visible, perfect for making us known in the evenings and daytime in hunting season. Im a huge fan of Ruffwear and am SO happy to have found See Sawyer Run- very fast shipping and they seem to always have stock- when no one else does!

I was originally disappointed with the resdesign (from the track jacket) removing a all-blaze option for hunting. But the addition of the neon yellow looks great in person and definitely doesn't lack visibility. The sizing is much better than the Track Jacket - it fits like other Ruffwear Smalls I own. Lastly, I really like the new extra chest/belly as it deflects a fair amount of brush. Very happy with this purchase!

We bought this coat to keep our dog and ourselves safe on winter (dark) walks in northern BC. Our dog Emma doesn’t love wearing the coat, but does seem to forget about it when she is exercising. She is a 68lb lab and the medium fits her great! I also bought a small for my sisters dog, and her dog doesn’t mind wearing the coat at all! The reflective is very bright. It definitely serves the purpose we bought it for.

Our boy loves running free in the bush : “Rocks and mud, his imagination, sniffing, edging sideways, there’s nothing the dog disdains on his way!” (from 'Overland to the Islands' by Denise Levertov) The photo was taken early morning in the bush under heavy overcast, very low light, no flash and shows the excellent visibility of the Ruffwear Hi-Vis jacket. This being hunting season, it jacket helps keep him safe from those with twitchy trigger fingers! Over the past couple of years we've used several other hi-vis jackets but this one stands head and shoulders above them all. The design, fit, materials and manufacturing quality are all excellent, and we love the ability to wear it over his harness, clipping the leash on through the slot when necessary. We highly recommend it!
