The Ruffwear Quinzee™ is a warm, lightweight insulated jacket that provides weather-resistant warmth in between activities in extreme cold or inclement weather. The jacket packs down into its integrated, sewn-in pocket and auto-lock buckles on each side provide easy on/off.

KC “blew” her undercoat in February, so we needed to quickly find a coat to keep her warm for our winter walks. The RuffWear Quinzee seemed ideal. We ordered the large size, and it fits our 65lb golden retriever very nicely. Easy to put on, and stays in place when she runs and rolls. Delivery was amazingly quick (ordered on Thursday and arrived on Monday). Thanks to See Sawyer Run!

I choose a Medium for a 22 lbs dog who has a long body but short legs. It goes well over her medium size RUFFWEAR FLAGLINE HARNESS. It’s light, packable and provides warmth for those really cold Canadian Fall days or milder Canadian Winter days. It isn’t water resistant so, it can get wet easily on the belly. Would not recommend on wet or slushy roads if the dog has short legs.

My dog hates clothes - jackets, shirts, boots - you name it and he will find a way to get out of it, but not this one!! it is super light and fits well I don’t think he even noticed! This jacket I originally had purchased to take back country camping so he could sleep in it at night, it’s a size medium and packs away perfectly to fit in his doggy backpack.

Love the jackets - have bought 2, one M last year that is just too small, and now the L this year that is just too big. Our dog is a smaller lab, with 32" girth, right on the cut off between M and L. When I called the company, they suggested the jackets fit larger so I went with the M initially, which is too snug around the neck and not quite long enough. I was hoping the L would work out but as stated, is just a bit too loose to be comfortable and tends to fall to one side or the other. They are lovely jackets, just a bit of a challenge if your dog is right on the cut-off for girth.

We got this for our Malinois, who is sensitive to the often 20 below or more winters. The fit was right on, according to the size chart. The coat secures easily, and, most important, stays in place. On the last walk, which was 19 below, she looked and acted a bit happier. When we got home and took off her coat, I could feel that her back was actually warm, compared to her chest or lower legs. We are very happy with this coat. It looks pretty cool on her, too!

I wish the vest had been longer in the back and also that it had elastics To go on my dogs hind legs, like the vert jacket, so it would stay attached to the back of my dogs back. I actually did return this product.

I love these Quinzee jackets for my dogs. I bought size L and they fit beautifully. Easy on and off. My one girl stands and waits to get hers on in the early morning when it is extra cold lol. No struggling with them to put them on. Also love the new colors. Bought one of each the midnight blue (I think that is the blue name lol) and the firebrick red. Well made and definite quality for the price.

Charlie LOVES his new jacket! It’s so easy to put on and off and the clip in for his harness is so convenient as I don’t have to resize and put the harness over top. It’s warm and lightweight and the bright colour makes him so easy to spot when hiking in the woods. BTW Charlie is a 15lb Cairndoodle and he is in an XS with lots of room if he gets bigger! This is Charlie’s second jacket we have got from See Sawyer Run. The products and service are first class! Don’t wait! The products are worth the price. You get what you pay for. Awesome quality!

The Quinzee appears to be a well thought out and well made dog jacket. The blue colour is lovely and the clips are well padded to prevent chaffing. My little boy hales from the Caribbean islands and is coated accordingly, haha, thus Canadian winter weather is a bit of a shock without the help of the powder hound (also very nice fit and design), and the Quinzee. We would recommend both of these jackets! Size medium fits an athletic 48 lb pooch perfectly. Thank you for providing quality winter wear for our beloved pups! Rachel and Indy

Our dog loves her Quinzee so we bought one for my Mom and Dad’s dog as well. He outgrew his XS, so we bought him a S size. It is approx. 4” longer than the XS, which seems like too much for only one size larger for a small dog, but a seamstress was able to shorten it, so it ended well. Great quality and workmanship. Highly recommend Ruffwear.

We live full time at a ski resort and wanted a warm coat for our 11 year old lab Chance. It's great for cold weather and especially nice on the days the wet heavy snow is falling. He is 65 pounds and the large fits him perfectly. We love the color because when using the multi use trails he is easily seen by other skiers. Great value for price!
